Who could resist sweet carrots and raisins, flavored with cinnamon and cloves, on a bed of chickpeas and fluffy millet? Not us! If you’ve never had millet before, you’ll be glad you discovered it. This gluten-free whole grain is rich in minerals – magnesium among them – and has a delicate, slightly nutty taste. Is it time to eat yet? Reheating instructions: please remove the PET lid before reheating in a microwave.
